learn from Zappos

as I was explaining Zappos to someone today, they jokingly said "maybe you should work for them." You know, that's not a bad idea. I'm in need of a change, they have a great product and even better customer service. So out to Zappos I go ... unfortunately I will need to move to either KY or Vegas in order to work at Zappos. So for now, I'll continue to be happy at GSK.

While I was out on their page I did see this ... Core Values - love them.
